We will offer a full refund or exchange on unwanted or faulty goods (excluding scratched, dented, or otherwise damaged goods) within 14 days of purchase. The product and packaging must be in a saleable condition. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original method of payment.

Shipping is free of charge for customers from UK. For other regions please enquire via e-mail at orders@arya-audio.com. Once the order is placed and paid for, it takes 3-5 business days until goods are ready to be shipped out. For orders placed between December 24th and January 8th, shipping will commence on or after January 8th.
