Customers have the right to cancel their online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Goods must be returned within a further 14 days of cancellation, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.
Returned goods should be securely packaged. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
